Our extensive product range
We deal with over 100 suppliers to offer a range
in excess of 700 products, many of which have won
awards from cheese shows such as World Cheese
Awards, Nantwich Cheese Show and British Cheese
Awards. Our supply base is as varied as our cheese
range with small artisan cheesemakers to
International companies with well known brands.
Regional and Speciality Cheeses - The range
includes a diverse range of British Territorial
cheeses from Red Leicester's and Lancashire's to
British Brie's and Camembert. We also offer a
number of specialist British cheeses like Goats,
Ewes and Unpasteurised cheese.
Continental Cheese - We stock a range of European
cheeses from France, Italy, Germany and Spain to
name but a few, our buyers have scoured the
continent to find the best range of quality
cheeses to suit UK customers.
Convenience Cheese Solutions - As the major growth
sector in the cheese market, Bradbury's offer a
range of slices, grated, cubed and shaved in
British and Continental cheese formats that meet
the changing market requirements. We are also able
to offer additive slices and grates to meet new
and unique cooking trends in the marketplace.
Additive Cheese - Our own award winning
manufacturers offer an unrivalled range of both
sweet and savoury Cheddar, White Stilton, Wensleydale, Red Leicester and Double Gloucester
based additive cheeses, available in deli and
pre-pack options.
Dutch Cheese - We are number one UK supplier of
Dutch Cheese to both retail and foodservice
sectors in bulk and retail pack form. The range
includes a selection of Edam, Gouda, Maasdaam,
Goats and Processed Smoked cheeses.
