Our journey from a husband
and wife team selling home baked oatcakes in Rutherglen,
Scotland, to one of our country's best known independent
food companies would have been beyond even the wildest
dreams of Mr and Mrs Paterson as they started out in
1895. Thanks to their dedication, Paterson Arran’s
