We have been milling oats, wheat and barley at our
Bedford mill for nearly 30 years. But we can now also
offer a range of multi grain flaked and extruded cereals
from our superbly equipped plant in Biggleswade.
We regularly supply customers in Continental Europe,
Africa and Asia and so are able to offer a full
delivered service to your location of choice.
Our Product Range
Oats ~ We supply traditional whole and cut oat flakes in
a large range of thicknesses which meet the requirements
for granola, muesli, porridge, cereal bars and baked
goods ,such as cakes and biscuits.
We also mill oat flour to a range of particle sizes, as
required to meet your products needs.
For customers with their own flaking facilities we can
arrange to send hulled ,clean ,whole or cut groats,
presenting a potential saving in shipping cost.
Wheat ~ Our wheat flakes can be rolled for simple muesli
addition or malted and toasted for a stronger tasting
crispy flake for a wide variety of applications.
Barley ~ We clean, pearl and flake our barley.
Barley being increasingly popular due it’s healthy
properties. Alternatively the barley grains can be
ground to a fine or medium flour.
Multi- Grain Flakes ~ Our “ state of the art”
ingredients plant has the capacity to mix various cereal
grains to produce a flaked product which match the
leading brands in this category.
Extruded and Puffed Cereals ~ We extrude curls, hoops
and spheres using oats, wheat, barley, rye or rice to
provide light and tasty inclusions to improve the
interest and texture of cereal bars, biscuits and
granolas.

Our team at European Oat Millers has many years of
experience in supplying cereal ingredients to some of
the best known international names in breakfast cereals
and baked goods.
The team will provide the high standards of service you
expect, from working with your technical team and
product development departments to provide the product(s)

Our Location
Our facilities are located just 20kms apart in the heart
of England. This enables us to procure grain supplies
from some of the best arable cropping areas in the
country and to move it into our mill speedily and with a
minimum of transportation.
Equally we are within easy reach of the major ports of
Felixstowe, Harwich and Southampton for both coastal and
deep sea shipping.
Our Commercial and Supply Chain teams are located at our
Bedford mill. Their focus is on ensuring that customer’s
orders are progressed efficiently through to final
delivery to the schedule you wish.
