Our extensive database of over 1,200 Natural and N.I. Flavourings are designed and perfected in our own laboratory, to create multi-usable delivery systems.

The extensive expertise of our Flavorists enables us work within often strict criteria, without compromising product integrity.

A high level of flexibility also means that we can offer small production runs in liquid, powder or spray dried form and still maintain industry leading delivery schedules.

International partnerships and diverse raw material sourcing has meant that Irish Country Gold is at the forefront in providing high quality, Natural Colour systems. Our range of Colours are available in Powder, Granular & Liquid forms.

Our technologists can advise on suitable applications and methods of integration as well as International legislative issues. All our colours are both FD&C and D&C certified and comply with both US. Canadian and E.U. legislative protocol

Process & Technology

We incorporate the most current analysis and development processes and in addition to dedicated blending, packaging and both wet and dry production facilities.
Our entire plant is designed to offer maximum flexibility while still providing optimum throughput.

Gas Laser Chromatography / Mass Spectrometry

Our G.C. and GCMS units offer superior levels of analysis, for both raw materials and finished product. The ability to decipher and build on the critical components of each Flavouring, ensures exceptional quality and consistency.

Homogenisation

A key facet in the production of emulsions and other flavoured aromatic materials for our beverage and dairy clients, our homogenisation facilities can offer a 2,000ltr/hr. capability with minimum batch runs as low as 25ltrs. The process can operate up to 20,000psi, which at this pressure level provides micronised product with exceptional product stability.

Spray Drying

With an increasing level of demand for fully encapsulated flavourings, our Spray drying technology, offers the ability to encapsulate numerous volatile ingredients, thus providing a finished product with excellent keynote characteristics for multiple applications.
